ytrank.online ("ytrank", "we") provides YouTube analytics services: rank tracking, hourly view archiving, channel monitoring and keyword research. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.
Account data: e-mail address, hashed password, language and timezone preferences. Usage data: the videos, channels and keywords you choose to track, and the measurements we collect about them from the public YouTube API. Technical data: IP address and browser information in security logs.
We do not use tracking cookies on the landing page, we do not sell personal data, and we never see or store your YouTube account credentials. If you add your own YouTube API key, it is stored encrypted and used only for your requests.
To provide the service you signed up for (contract), to secure the platform against abuse (legitimate interest), and to send you the alert e-mails you explicitly configure (consent — you can turn them off per tracking).
We send verification codes, sign-in codes (2FA), the alert notifications you configure, and important account/security notices. We do not send marketing e-mail without separate consent.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Hourly view archives keep raw data for 90 days, then aggregate it. Security audit logs are retained for platform-safety purposes. When you delete your account, personal data is removed and trackings stop.
Data is processed on our own servers. We use the public YouTube Data API (Google) to collect the public statistics you request; Google's own terms apply to that data. If configured, our e-mail delivery provider processes your e-mail address to deliver messages.
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time from your panel, including full account deletion. For GDPR/KVKK requests contact us at the address on the site.
If ads are shown, they are served by Google AdSense. In regions where consent is required you will be asked before any personalised advertising is loaded. See the Cookie Policy for details.
