1. The service
ytrank provides analytics over publicly available YouTube data: rank tracking, hourly view archiving, channel monitoring, keyword research and related tools. Data comes from the official YouTube Data API; we are not affiliated with YouTube or Google.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid e-mail address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may not operate abusive numbers of accounts.
3. Fair use
API capacity is a shared resource. Automated scraping of our service, attempting to bypass quotas, probing the infrastructure or abusing alert e-mails is prohibited and may result in suspension.
4. Your API key
If you add your own YouTube API key, you remain responsible for complying with Google's API Terms of Service for that key. We use it only for requests you trigger.
5. Data accuracy
Measurements reflect what the public YouTube API reports at scan time. Rankings and statistics can differ from what individual users see; hourly figures are approximations of counter changes. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy.
6. Pricing
The service is currently free. Usage is metered in API units and shown in your panel. Paid plans with limits may be introduced later with prior notice.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with the reason recorded. Upon deletion your personal data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or decisions made based on the analytics provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the panel. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
